Where are you located?
We are located in Gwinnett County, GA, closest to the cities of Snellville, Lawrenceville, and Grayson.
How much do lessons cost? How do I make payments?
Call for current rates. Payments are made in full by the 14th of every month. I accept cash, checks, Zelle, and online payments via an invoice.
What should he/she bring to the first lesson?
Students should bring a full instrument set (instrument, bow, shoulder pad). If he/she is an experienced player, bring a piece of music to play and demonstrate a comfort level of skill.
How long are lessons? How frequently will my student attend lessons?
Students may sign up for lessons the length of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. Lessons are attended once a week at the same set time.
What does my student do in case of a schedule conflict, or an illness?
Students have the opportunity to trade lesson times with each other during the week to avoid cancelling. If a student must cancel, he/she goes on the make-up list and will receive a lesson when another opening occurs. See Private Lesson Policies for more information.
Do you teach during school holidays and summer vacation?
I DO teach regular lessons during summer vacation. We are closed during Spring Break, the first week of school in August, Thanksgiving Break, and Winter Break. See the Vacations section of the Private Lesson Policies for more information.
Does my student have the opportunity to perform concerts with your studio?
Yes. Students will have the opportunity to perform solo recitals several times per year with our piano accompanist. See the Recitals section of the Private Lesson Policies for more information.
